Refund Policy – The Baddie Bundle

At The Baddie Bundle, each piece is thoughtfully curated and many items are handcrafted or made-to-order. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

ALL SALES ON HANDCRAFTED & CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL
Due to the handmade and/or custom nature of our bag charms, hang tags, and personalized pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items. Each piece is uniquely created and cannot be restocked.

CLOTHING RETURNS (ELIGIBLE ITEMS ONLY)
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed clothing items with original tags still attached.

• Returns must be requested within 20 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition (no signs of wear, odor, or damage)
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE:

• Custom or personalized items
• Handcrafted bag charms and accessories
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and make it right.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
